My mixed regime blows Training
Mixture from the needs of a very disciplined and strict training schedule. Unfortunately, many novices to the sport, and even some mixture from the Veterans, not knowing how to properly train for a fight. One thing that makes training for mixed-fighting is difficult with many different skills to learn, each of which takes a tremendous amount of time to master. To win the mixed conflict, You need to be well versed in various styles of martial arts. Therefore, your training needs to show them different. Because there are so many different skills to learn, it is important that you get arrogant doing the same thing every day. Also, important to make your training match the environment of a fight near as possible. mixed-fighting rounds last five minutes, depending on the type of event you join, you will have either 3 or 5 rounds per match. As a result, I want to do five minutes Bursts of intense training in one minute rest between each "round."
Each of the five minute rounds practice should focus on a different skill set. For example, your five rounds might look like:
Round 1: focusing on body-weight stability
Push-ups target the chest (your elbows point out, away from your body, such as performing the push-up)
Push-ups that target the triceps (your elbows point inward, parallel with your body as you perform the push-up)
Triceps dips
Pull ups
Shoulder raises no weight or very light dumbbells (no more than 5 pounds)
Extend your arms to the side and move them to the circle (for shoulder)
No need to include each of the training in your mixed blows the daily workout. These are only examples of body weight exercises to try. Try jumping Jacks or above the knee between body weight exercises if your muscles get too tired. Just do something so that you are not resting for five minutes round. Rest one minute before the next round.
Round 2: focusing on lower body muscular endurance
In this round, you are using bar Bench press without adding any additional weight. perform each of the training bar that many times you. should be resting very little, if at all, between of each exercise.
Squats (with the bar resting against your trapezius)
Walking Lunges (with the bar resting against your trapezius)
Calf raises (with the bar resting against your trapezius)
Squats with an added military press
Rest one minute before the next round
Round 3 am focusing on your primary
I call it the five minutes the abs workout. Do not use one for a minute before moving onto the next exercise. Not rest between training. do not have to do each of the daily practice, just trying to give you some training to work all parts your core. Mix your AB workout the day, as always make sure you are doing at least one exercise that targets each section of your core.
Bicycle
Leg raises
Side board (For the obliques. Not a minute on each side)
Board exercise
Crunches (with a twist above If you also want to work your obliques)
May feet in the air, do flutter kicks (for lower abs)
Crunches on a ball exercise
Sitting side-others sense (to sit on your butt and lean slightly backwards. Raise your feet in the air and twist your body from side to side to work the obliques and upper abs)
Rest one minute before the next round.
Round 4: focusing on upper body muscular endurance
In this round, you are using Bench press a bar without adding any additional weight. Perform each of the training bar that many times you. Should resting very little, if all, between each exercise.
Military press
Biceps curls
shoulder raises
triceps extension
Bench press
Rest A minute before the next round
Round 5: focusing on cardiovascular endurance
Do each of the training for a minute before moving onto the next one. The order of training is not important and should be mixed up every day. Do not rest between each exercise.
quick knee high
mountain climbers (done from a push up position)
side shuffle between two cones placed ten feet apart
burpees
suicides (set four cones, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty yards away from you. Run the first cone and back, and then the second, third, and fourth, and then work your way back in)
You will also need to find an experienced trainer to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a substance of mixed raw blows. I would also be useful to learn Muay Thai Kickboxing and wrestling, as both include skills important in mixed-blows. The workout that I outlined are focused on building muscle and getting in shape for the mixed blows. To learn techniques for mixed-blows, you will of course be put time to master them, which is usually done separately. However, once you get good enough to where You Can start the real fight, sparring with a partner can provide a great working-out, as well as a better simulation of what the mixed fight is really like.
