Creating Your Own Gift Baskets For The Holidays
Creating your own gift basket to give holiday gifts is very easy and fun. You Can save money by doing it yourself instead of buying it from a trendy gift store. You can make them for personal use to provide gifts or start a home based gift basket business.
You only need some simple supplies to get started.

Filler basket (shreds)
Clear Bag or basket cellophane basket wrap
Ribbon (to tie off the bag)

Now, let's get you started on some theme ideas for your holiday gift giving list.
1. Gift Baskets letter: note cards, all occasion greeting cards, book of stamps, personalized address labels, pen and address book.
2. Manicure – Pedicure Gift Baskets: top coat, base coat, color of nail polish, nail polish remover, nail polish remover pads, cotton swabs, toe separators, nail file, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, nail clippers, nail brush, hand cream, foot cream, foot file and a travel pack of tissue.
3. Book Lovers Gift Basket: newspaper, pen, 2-3 books, 2-3 bookmarks, reading glasses, candles, gift card to a bookstore and a magazine.
4. Bakers Gift Basket: cookbook, oven Mitts, hot pads, stove, components that make cards, spices, 6 cup muffin pan, muffin pan liners, spatula, mixing spoon, measuring cups, measuring spoons, apron, rolling pin, pastry and baking sheet pan liners.
5. Snack Lovers Gift Baskets: microwave popcorn, popped bag of popcorn, chips, pretzels, candy bars, cookies, snack cakes and crackers.
6. Movie Night Gift Basket: 2 Tickets to a local movie theater, DVD movies 2, 3 bags of microwave popcorn and some candy packs.
7. Gardener Gift Baskets: flower seed packet, packet half vegetables, gardening gloves, knee pads, gardening hand tools, small gardening decorations, outside home thermometer, gardening books and gardening magazines.
8. Dog Lover Gift Baskets: dog books, dog bones, dog treats, dog leashes, collar, dog clean-up bag garbage, dog shampoo, dog toys and needed a camera.
9. Cat Lover Gift Baskets: cat books, cat treats, cat leash, cat collar, cat shampoo, cat toys and requires a camera.
